Taste Explosion Appetizer

Pickled watermelon rind (from the jar)
Hot sweet mustard
Prosciutto (Italian ham)

Cut watermelon rind in approximate 1 inch square pieces. Place a dollop of mustard on top; wrap in a piece of prosciutto. Secure with a toothpick.
