HOT FUDGE SAUCE (for Ice-Cream)

1 tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/8 cup corn syrup (light)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt

Mix cocoa, sugar, corn syrup, and milk into microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 5-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Add butter, vanilla, salt, and nuts. Stir and dispense onto ice-cream. Refrigerate. Microwave before use.
