EGG ROLL SAUCE
NOTE: use pumpkin can for measure
1 (14oz.) can pumpkin 2 1/4 can white sugar 1 1/2 can water 1 can vinegar 3/8 tsp. dry red pepper flakes 3 - 4 cloves garlic sliced, thin 1/2 tsp. accent 1 tsp. salt
Boil 15 minutes at low heat & thicken with 5 Tbsp. prepared cornstarch. Bottle & refrigerate.
