Pizza Muffins

1/2c. Wishbone Italian Dressing
3/4 copped onions (fine)
2 c. flour
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tab. baking powder
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
1 egg
1 can (6 ounce) tomato paste
1/2 c. water
2 Tab. fresh basil
2/3 c. Provolone cheese shredded

In skillet heat 1/4 c. dressing and cook onions over med. heat stirring occasionally for 2 min until tender. Set aside combined dried ingredients then combined the wet. put together spoon in greased and floured muffin tin. If desired top with additional parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 30min. on lower third of oven.
