Ruthie’s Egg Salad
This is delicous! It is an old family recipe. Sounds a little helter skelter, but it is really delicious and is a huge crowd pleaser. The secret is the mixing of the ingredients.

1/2 cup softened margarine
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups Bacos
3 hard boiled eggs, shelled and mashed
1 cup relish
squirt or two of mustard
dollop of Cheez Whiz
1 scallion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Combine margarine and mayo until smooth, add eggs and mustard, salt n pepper. Add dollop of Cheez Whiz and blend completely. Fold in Bacos and relish. Serve immediately!
