Cabbage Casserole
1 large head cabbage shredded
Put cabbage in salted boiling water and cook until done. Drain Place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
Grate one (10oz) pkg cheddar cheese (depending how much cheese you like) and mix in through the cooked cabbage. Save out 1/2 to 1 cup of cheese for later use.
Make a sauce with: 1 can Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese soup plus 1 can of milk
Blend well together and mix through the cabbage then add the 1 cup of cheddar cheese to top of casserole.
Crush 1 (tube) package of Ritz crackers and sprinkle along the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30+ minutes until bubbly.
