Olive Cheese Nuggets From: Scubamare,TN One of my favs, got it in a College French Class in 1978 -- Keep great in the freezer for a quick snack
1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup margarine, softened 1/2 tsp paprika 3/4 cup sifted flour 24-30 medium stuffed green olives.
Shred cheese and blend with margarine. Sift flour, salt and paprika into cheese butter mixture. Mix to form a dough. Shape around olives, using about a teaspoon of dough for each. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 400 degrees 12-15 minutes. Serve piping hot.
