Almond Cheese Logs From: Scubamare,TN Recipe from my Aunt Mary (namesake) 4/18/1977
1 (3 oz) package cream cheese 1/2 pound natural cheddar cheese 1 cup almonds, finely chopped 1 pimento 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp Worcestershire 1 tsp grated onion dash cayenne pepper paprika
Put first 4 ingredients through fine blade food chopper, Add lemon juice and next 4 ingredients - mix well. Shape into 2 rolls, each about 7 inches long. Roll in paprika, then more almonds
