Serves 12

This makes a great strawberry, lemon or orange cake.

1 (3 oz) box Jell-O
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
1 box white cake mix
1 tsp flavoring
OR
1/2 cup frozen fruit, defrosted with juice

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan or 2-layer round pans. Bake at 350F for 45 to 55 minutes. Glaze with a powdered sugar and fruit juice/liqueur mixture.
