Toasted Oat Cereal Treats

3 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter
5 cups toasted oat cereal
1 cup chocolate candies or raisins

Melt butter in large pan over low heat, Add mini marshmallows, Stir until mixture is smooth, Stir in peanut butter, Remove from heat, Add cereal, Add choc. candy, Stir together with marshmallow mixture immediately, Spread in a greased 9-in. baking dish, Cool, cut and serve.
