Marinated Yogurt Cheese
rec.food.recipes/Meg Fortino

32-oz container plain, low-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried basil
3 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 Tbsp fresh dill

Pour yogurt into cheesecloth-lined sieve. Put sieve into bowl and let yogurt drain 4-5 hours (or overnight). Form the cheese into 4 rounds.

Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the yogurt cheese and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cover. Refrigerate.

Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
