1 (3-oz) package cream cheese 1/4 cup sour cream 4 oz sliced corned beef (finely chopped) 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese 1/4 cup chopped and drained saurerkraut 2 to 3 Tbsp milk, as necessary for thinning Rye crackers for dipping
Heat all ingredients, except crackers, in small saucepan over low heat until hot, thinning with milk if necessary.
