2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated 1 TBSP. finely minced onion 1 TBSP. minced pimento 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. garlic, very finely minced Dash of salt Dash of red pepper hot sauce to taste
About 1 cup chopped pecans
Mix all except the nuts and adjust seasonings. Roll into a ball then roll the ball in the nuts. This is better made a day or so before serving to let the flavors blend, keep refrigerated until serving time. Serve with crackers. |
