Sugar Cookies

1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 cups flour or a little more if needed
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all together and roll out and cut with cookies cutters and Bake 350 - just have to guess how long that's how I do it by looks of the cookie.
