Cream Cheese Icing

12 oz cream cheese, softened
2oz butter, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 pounds 12 oz sugar, powdered sifted
1 tablespoon vanilla

This will make a lot of icing - it is good. I didn't want to break down, I use for breakfast rolls and cakes, even cookies.
