White Castle Burgers From: Scubamare,TN From some TV show, years ago
1 lb ground round 2/3 c canned beef broth 1 jar beef baby food hot dog buns cut in thirds 1/4 c minced onion 1/4 c hot water
Burger: Mix Ground round, beef broth, baby food. Put in fridge 2 hours. Make small patties, poke holes in meat as cooking.
Topping: Mix onion and hot water till soften.
When burgers done, top with hydrated onion, and put on buns. Mustard and dill pickle make it completely authentic.
