Olive Cheese Nuggets From: Scubamare,TN From a French teacher in 1977 These are great to freeze before baking
1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 soft butter 1/2 tsp paprika 3/4 cup sifted flour 24-30 medium stuffed green olives of course, I love to add cayenne pepper to taste
Blend cheese with butter. Add flour, salt and paprika to cheese mixture. Mix to form a dough. Pinch off enough dough to cover olive, roll into a ball, flatten and press around olive. Bake in 400F oven for 12-15 minutes. Serve piping hot.
