EGG DROP SOUP
4-6 cups chicken broth 3 chopped green onion 1 cup drained mushrooms 2 eggs 1 pkg. frozen shrimp (thawed) 1 cup milk salt & pepper to taste noodles (optional) 1 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. water
Heat chicken broth to near boil. In separate pan, saute green onions only a few minutes in oil. Add to broth, shrimp, mushrooms, salt, pepper and noodles. Cook on med. heat about 10 minutes. Beat eggs & add 2 tablespoons water and beat in. Slowly drop egg mixture into broth, add milk for taste (You may add more if desired) Serves 4-6
