10 lb. boneless beef
7-8 lb. pork (Boston butt)
2 large hens
1 lb. butter
2 lb. onions
1 gallon tomatoes
2 small cans corn (optional)

Cook meat and boil until done, Remove meat from the bones, Grind vegetables cook corn, tomatoes, and onions about 30 minutes, add meat and broth and salt & pepper to taste. Simmer about 30 minutes.
