Pork Chop Casserole

6 boneless pork chops, trimmed of fat
2 large sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
4 granny smith apples, cut into wedges
2 cups water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
4 strips bacon, fried and blotted

Place chops in ungreased casserole dish. Top with slices of sweet potatoes, then apples. Pour over water which has been mixed with the salt, pepper, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Top with bacon strips. Bake covered at 350 F for about 1 1/2 hours.
