Chicken Artichoke Casserole Recipe By : James and Susan Kirkland Serving Size : 8
4 whole chicken breasts -- cooked & cubed 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated) -- (or 2 cans) quartered 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 teaspoon curry powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper --TOPPING-- 1 cup corn flake crumbs 1/4 cup butter 3 slices bacon -- cooked & crumbled
Put chicken in 9x13 baking dish. Place artichokes on top. Combine soups, mayo, cheese, curry powder and pepper; spread on top. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
