Yogurt Cheese

2 cups plain yogurt, preferably without pectin or gelatin

Line a strainer with a coffee filter and place over a small bowl. Pour in the yogurt and cover all with a plastic wrap. Let set in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. The longer you allow it to set the thicker it will be. When ready, scrap cheese into a plastic container. Refrigerate leftovers. May season to taste.
