Appetizer Meatballs Yield: 9 dozen
2 pounds ground beef 1 pound bulk pork sausage 5 ounces evaporated milk 1 cups old-fashioned oats 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2-3 tsps. salt 2 eggs 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Sauce: 2 cups ketchup 1-1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar 1 tsp. liquid smoke 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 cup chopped onion
Combine the first 10 ingredients; shape into 1 inch balls. Place in a single layer in a baking pan. Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
