Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Serving Size : 24

1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350慚. In medium bowl, beat sugar and egg until well mixed. Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Press each with tines of fork.

Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are light brown and set. Cool 3 minutes; remove from baking sheets.

Yield: 2 dozen cookies
