Bisquick Crepes
Here's the basic recipe:
1 cup Bisquick® 2 eggs 3/4 cup milk
Beat together until well blended. Use 2 tablespoons for each crepe. _______________________________
STRAWBERRY-CREAM FOR CREPES Yield: 6 servings
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries 2 tbsp sugar 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped 12 dessert crepes 12 whole strawberries to garnish
Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar; set aside.
Beat milk with lemon juice until thick. Fold in strawberries and whipped cream. Divide among crepes; fold. Garnish with additional whipped cream and a strawberry centered on the cream.
