This is the Pesto Sauce I use.
1 cup fresh Basil (chopped and leaves only) 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup pine nuts (you can also use alomonds if you can't find pine nuts and pine nuts are very expencive) 1/2 cup fresh parsley 1/2 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 8 cloves garlic (You can cut back on the garlic if you like)
Place all ingredients in food processor or in blender; cover and process until smooth.
