Pizza Dough (This is recipe for 2 pizza pans..)
1 1/2 Water 4 TBLS. Oil 4 Cups Flour 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. yeast
Bread Select Setting
Dough
1. Add lukewarm water & veg oil to pan
2. Add flour, sugar, and Salt to pan. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level ingredients, pushing some of mixture into corners.
3. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker.
4. Program for DOUGH. When done, remove pan from bread maker. Place dough onto floured surface. Knead about 1 min, then let rest for 15 mins.
5. Roll dough out to fit 12 or 14 inch pizza pan. Place dough into greased pan which has been sprinkled with cornmeal.(I don't do that) Press dough into pan, forming edge. Let dough rise in warm, draft free place for 20 mins.
6. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust, then top with favorite meat, toppings and shredded cheese. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 mins. to 25 mins. or until nicely brown on top. Let rest 5 mins. before cutting..
