White Chocolate Berry Pie

5 squares white chocolate
2 T milk
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 c powdered sugar
1 t grated orange peel
1 C whipping cream, whipped
2 C raspberries or sliced strawberries

Bake a basic pie crust. Cool completely. Micro 4 squares of chocolate and milk about 2 minutes. Stir until melted. Cool to room temperature. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange peel until smooth. Beat in white chocolate mixture. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Spread in bottom of shell. Arrange berries on filling. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Refrigerate 1 hour. Store in refrigerator. Serves 8.
