Recipe: Instant Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies

INSTANT PUDDING CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Makes about 7 dozen

2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup soft oleo
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix flour with soda. Cream oleo, sugars, vanilla and pudding, beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by spoons onto ungreased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

For Chocolate Chocolate Chips Cookies use chocolate pudding mix instead of vanilla.
