WHITE PIE
3/4 cup sugar 2 cups milk 2 T corn starch in 1/2 measuring cup & finish the cup with cake flour. dash salt Cook until thick, add 1 t vanilla Cool a bit and add 2 beaten egg whites (egg white powder or pasteurized egg whites) fold into the filling.
Pour into baked pie shell, top with whip cream and crushed nut meats.
