Delicious Chicken (with artichoke hearts and mushrooms)
1 (16 oz) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained, reserve liquid 1 cup white wine 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half 5 scallions, chopped 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
Mix together the reserved liquid from the artichoke hearts and wine. Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Top chicken with the artichoke hearts, scallions, mushrooms and the wine mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
