EGG ROLL SAUCE (Tried) *note: use can for measures
1 (14 oz.) can pumpkin 2 1/4 can white sugar 1 1/2 can water 1 can vinegar 3-4 garlic cloves 3/8 tsp. dry red pepper flakes 1 tsp. salt
Boil 15 minutes on low heat & thicken with 5 Tbsp. prepared cornstarch. Bottle & refrigerate.
