Blueberry Muffin Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups blueberries
3/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 stick butter -- (4 tablespoons) melted
1 teaspoon vanilla

FOR THE TOPPING
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Grease a 9” square DOUGHMAKERS Baking pan. Preheat oven to 350'F.

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir well with a fork and add the blueberries. Stir well to coat the berries with flour.

In another bowl stir together the milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla, and add to the dry ingredients. Stir together until just blended and spread in the pan.

In a small bowl blend the topping ingredients together with fingers until it is crumbly, and sprinkle over batter.

Bake cake in the middle of the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into squares.
