Creamed Tuna on Toast
1 (6 ounce) can of tuna 2 Tablespoons fat 2 Tablespoons flour 1 cup milk toasted light bread or biscuits
Melt the fat over medium heat, and add flour, stirring all the while. Add milk all at once and heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and add tuna. Serve over toasted bread. This makes a great light supper, with sliced tomatoes and a vegetable.
