Golden Chicken Nuggets
Source: Southern Living Magazine, July, 1980
Yield: 6 servings

3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 egg; slightly beaten
1/2 cup water
oil, vegetable; hot

Cut chicken into 1x1-1/2-inch pieces; set aside.
Combine next 5 ingredients.
Dip chicken into batter, and fry in hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
