Stuffed Pineapple Dip Serving Size : 64
32 ounces cream cheese -- softened 9 ounces golden raisins 9 tablespoons sour cream 3 teaspoons curry powder 1 1/2 cups peanuts -- chopped 1 1/2 pounds bacon -- cooked and crumbled 1 (17 ounce) jar chutney 1 large pineapple -- halved lengthwise
Mix all ingredients except pineapple together well.
Scoop out pineapple halves and fill with mixture.
Serving Ideas : Best served with crackers.
NOTES : Guests can never guess what this is made from. It will keep in refrigerator for weeks. Can halve recipe since it makes so much.
