Red Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup vinegar, cider

Place chicken in 3-quart casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture evenly over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

Notes: Recipe came from a childhood friend's nanny, who was originally from the Bahamas.

Serving Ideas: Serve with brown, yellow or white rice. Add a green salad & bread to make an easy meal.
