1 large jar salad olives 1 large can black olives (or use kalamata olives from deli) 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts 1 jar capers 1/2 bunch celery- chopped with leaves 1/2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbs. dried oregano 1/2 cup olive oil
Coarsely chop all ingredients and combine. Let sit at least a day or two for flavors to combine. Will last several weeks in the refrigerator. Add large spoonfuls to green salad, or use on sandwiches like the muffelata.
