Chicken broth is used in place of regular oil. Recommended for a romaine, mandarin orange and toasted almond salad. Yummers.
1/4 cup lime juice 2 tbsp low-sodium chicken broth (or favorite salad oil) 2 tbsp olive oil, acceptable vegetable oil, or combination 2 tbsp honey 1/4 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake to combine well. Dressing can be stored in refrigerator for up to one week.
