12 Vanilla Wafers
2 (8 oz) Pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs

Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Pour mixture over wafers-filling about 3/4 full.

Bake 25 min at 325. Top with fruit, preserves nuts or melted chocolate.

Try melted chocolate with 1/2 strawberry in the center of each.
