FRUIT AND CEREAL BRUNCH CAKE

1 cup Total cereal
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
2 small bananas, thinly sliced
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix cereal and juice. Let stand two minutes, stir in rest of wet ingredients, then add dry ones. Bake in 8 by 8 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Topping:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup oleo, softened
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and spoon over warm cake. Broil one minute.
