Bacon Cheddar Muffins

Makes 12 muffins

2 cups Bisquick® biscuit baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

In a bowl, combine baking mix, milk, oil, and egg just until moistened. Fold in cheese and bacon.

Fill greased muffin tins three fourths full.

Bake at 375F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan to wire rack.
