No-Fat Vegetable Dip Makes 3 cups
8 oz. fat free cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 carrot (diced) 1/2 green pepper (diced) 1 onion (diced) 1 celery rib (diced) 2 tsp. parsley flakes
Place cream cheese and cottage cheese in blender, cover and blend on high for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients to cheese mixture. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Scrape sides occasionally. Chill for one hour. Serve with fresh vegetables.
