Spicy Pork Steaks Source: Kansas City BBQ Society Yield: 3-4 servings
1 1/2 lb pork steak
Dry spice rub 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp paprika 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp rosemary 1/2 tsp salt
Combine dry rub spices and coat meat. Let stand 30 minutes before cooking. Grill over medium heat. Sprinkle additional spice when turning.
