Chicken and Green Chile Casserole From: Judy..Oregon 2 cooked chicken breast diced 1 dozen corn tortillas 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1 med size onion chopped 1 small can of green chiles, rinsed and chopped 2 cups of cheddar cheese or 1 cup of Monterey and cheddar mixed.
Combine soup, milk and sour cream. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with torn tortillas. Spread about 1/3 of soup, 1/3 of chiles and onions and chicken and cheese. Repeat to make 3 layers, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
