Lemon Bars
From: Judy...Oregon

1 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup powder sugar
2 cups flour

Combine above ingredients and mix well. Press into 9X13 greased pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Filling:
4 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
6 tbsp lemon juice

Mix sugar and flour with eggs and add lemon juice. Pour over crust, and back at 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
