Cheddar Beer Cheese Newsgroup: rec.food.cooking/Alan Boles Yield: about 2 cups spread
4 cup (16 ounces) grated sharp cheddar cheese at room temperature 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/3 cup flat beer
Place all in blender or food processor. Process till smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
