12 lb. minced beef 12 lb minced lamb 1 chopped onion 3 tomatoes, sliced thick(about 12 inch) prepared tahini dip NOT UNPREPARED CONCENTRATE spices: paprika, cumin, allspice, garlic
Fry the onion and add to the minced meats add 1 teaspoon of all the spices, 2 teaspoons of cumin Mix well. Grease an oven proof dish. Put the meat mixture in, cover with a layer of tomatoes and above that smother with tahini. bake in a medium oven 30 minutes
