Pretzel Dessert From: Judy..OR
1 and 2/3 cup coarsely chopped pretzels 3/4 cup margarine 2 tbsp. sugar Mix and press in 9x13 pan.
Mix together until smooth: 1 cup sugar 1 (8 oz) pkg softened cream cheese 1 (8 or 9 oz) container Cool Whip Spread on pretzel layer seaming the edges of pan with cream cheese mixture.
Mix 6 oz raspberry Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water and 20 oz of frozen unthawed raspberries. Mix until fruit thaws and Jell-o thickens. Pour over cheese mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. It also can be served as a salad. Strawberries and strawberry Jell-O can be substituted.
