Herb Blend for Poultry rec.food.recipes/tiberius Makes 1-1/4 cups
1/2 cup marjoram 1/4 cup celery leaves, dried and crumbled 2 Tbsp dehydrated minced onion 1/4 cup savory, crumbled 1/4 cup sage 1 Tbsp curry powder
Combine all ingredients. Package in sealed containers.
Label: Use 1 Tbsp of Herb Blend with 4 cups of chicken or turkey stuffing.
Note: To dry celery leaves, place in a single layer in a baking dish and dry at 150 F for 30 minutes. Cool and crumble. The celery leaves will have reduced to about 1 Tbsp.
